A. A hotspot is an area that you can access the internet using a wi-fi connection. The range is typically 50m indoors and up to 150m outdoors.

Q. How to I find the hotspot closest to where I am on business?

A. The connection is typically 500k (broadband) although it can vary from hotspot to hotspot.

A. Pay As You Go Package: Hotel Express Members pay £4.50 for sixty minutes access and 9.5p for each additional minute (Normal Price £6 and 15p per minute)

Mix It Package: Hotel Express Members pay £2.99 per month and 9.5p for each additional minute and receive 30 inclusive free minutes ( normal price £4.99 per month, no inclusive minutes, each minute charged at 15p per minute)

A. If you use the Mix It Package for 12 months and utilize the wi-fi access for 2 hours per month you will save £140 per year.
